Heritage Alterations & Adaptive Reuse
Once a used truck parts business, this century-old Ascot Vale building was transformed by HDZN into Old Man Drew. Through adaptive reuse, heritage fabric was retained while new dining spaces, gardens, tea rooms and a commercial kitchen were introduced. A discovered basement became a private dining room, completing the venue.
