Documentation
Set within the bustle of South Melbourne Market, this fitout pairs a vibrant interior with the practical demands of a busy hospitality business. The commercial kitchen, coffee station and service counter are planned as connected working areas, supporting the movement from preparation to customer service.
The design balances an inviting presence on the market floor with an efficient layout behind the counter, catering for passing customers and the intensity of peak trade. Completed in 2017, HDZN delivered the project’s full design, interiors and approvals.
