606 South Road transforms a former industrial warehouse into a destination for automotive culture. Created as a Muscle Car Garage, the project brings together a premium vehicle showroom, secure collector car storage, a specialist workshop and a flexible function space within a single facility.
The existing structure has been retained and comprehensively reworked through a disciplined material palette, clearly defined circulation and a stronger public identity. Monumental entry elements, controlled glazing and robust finishes give the building a confident presence while responding to the practical demands of an active automotive environment.
HDZN’s involvement continued through the construction phase, with ongoing design review, coordination with consultants and site input supporting the resolution of details and maintaining the original design intent as the project was built.
More than a dealership, Route 606 is conceived as a place to display, protect, service and celebrate significant vehicles, creating a distinctive commercial setting for clients, collectors and events.
