A grand Californian bungalow underwent a transformation that involved a new front fence, basement garage, internal restoration and a contemporary rear extension.

Perched on a hill, this challenging site required a great deal of thought to ensure that the dwelling could make full use of its back yard of which also included a swimming pool and beautifully landscaped areas.
