359-361 Mt. Alexander rd lay dormant for some time before the owners decided to undertake the restoration of this historic building, that has been part of Ascot Vale’s heritage for over a century.

The brief was to create beautiful spaces that can be enjoyed by new generations whilst still maintaining the character of the building.

This vision was also heavily enforced by its owners and therefore paved the way to enable us to create the first floor tea rooms and amazing function ball room, enclosed courtyard atrium, commercial kitchen, multiple dining spaces and through to the amazing outdoor green space, all of which make Old Man Drew’s a very special place to visit.
