Perched on the fringe of Aberfeldie Park and athletic track and capturing amazing views of the valley and Maribyrnong River, this Californian Bungalow has undergone a significant facelift.

The design includes a 8 car basement with wine cellar, a large ground floor extension and an upper level capturing the essential views the site has to offer.

The project involved intricate detailing for a basement design encapsulating almost the majority of the site and an adhered to the prerequisite of the clients which was to achieve a proposed design that retained the character of the existing dwelling era.
